Opel GT 1.9, what are the torque specs on the timing cover? Any help is of course, greatly appreciated.

7mm bolts!

These bolts are 7mm in diameter so cannot be replace easily as they are non-standard ..... Opel strikes again!
Timing Cover to Cylinder Block - 14 lbs/ft 2kg/m
Water Pump Bolts - 11 lbs/ft 1.5 kg/m

just picked up a timing cover from a club member in the chat room, I just started visiting the chat room,its a fun feature, click on and say Hi,usually there is someone on at night...next best thing to a club meeting.
