i will go out and start my car and let it warm up.. when i put it in reverse and start to go.. it will clunk a bit. or if i have the tranny in neutral and pull up on the shift... it will clunk a bit.. doesnt sound like it is coming from inside the tranny.. i checked the tranny mounts. and it has a crack on passenger side. so i am going to get one to replce it. how hard is it to replace? and what needs to be done? when i back up the tranny kinda sounds like the exhaust is tapping the bottom of the car.. although i know it is the tranny. so possibly torque tube? what is needed to be done to replace that? i have a loss of power from the engine the last 3 days.. but i am pretty sure that it is from a wrong carb adjustment... so that might be why the car is a little shakey now.. it is shakey when you rev it up. when it is in neutral.. but it rides fine until you rev it up and want to go faster and then it gets shakey again. please help!!!!! i only have a clue to whats wrong.. but im not sure...
tranny clanks a little.. but if it is in neutral it wont(pull up on the big part of the sifter it will clank).. really notice it in reverse.. loss of power from engine... engine seems to be shakey..(when rev'd up) any help!?!?!?!?!

i will be honest.. i have no clue what the torque tube is.. and when i looked at opelgtsource i got confused and didnt know what i needed.. would i need to buy all that? where is that stuff located on the tranny? and how hard is it to replace? yeah the tranny mounts look pretty straight forward how to change. any idea's on the major power loss in the last 4 days? only thing i did was adjust the choke(tried) and messed with the air speed screw.. thanks for the info guys..
