this thread is from a long time ago, but my tranny is leaking at the rear seal, prolly because of the freakin torque tube issue i'm having, but i wanna fill it up... i can't find the damn plug on EITHER side, which in this search, i'm told to look on either side...
so.

1.9L 4spd tranny. leaking oil at rear seal. what do i fill with. where do i fill.

i might just drive it up on ramps and jack the rear end. *currently lacks 4 jackstands in the garage (had to buy the pair he has today for the parking brake cable fix)*

i'm sure there's more. maybe should shop tonite and order tomorrow. *nods* thats what i'll do. *mosies off to ogts*
