OK- in an effort to cover up some of my lousey paint job, I am going to install a double 8 inch racing stripe along the middle of the GT- across the roof and down the back. Like the GT pic on Opel Source. Question- Has any one attempted this and how did it go?

Vinyl will look ok from 15', but up close I think it looks cheap. Why not sand and prep the area and paint the stripes?

You don't see any pictures of my GT from less than 20 feet-nuff said???? Remember from my post- I am trying to cover a really lousy paint job from the PO
