There are quite a few Walter Röhrl Quotes out there, my all-time favorite being:

“You cannot treat a car like a human being. A car needs love!”

I just got a new one send from my nephew in Germany which I wanna share:

“I’m 74 years old and don’t have any time to waste anymore on electric charging stations”

My favorite quote attributed to Walter was ‘Real men have dead bugs on the side windows’....or something like that.

Group B era drivers were a different breed altogether.

Exactly like that!

"A car is fast enough only if you stand next to it in the morning and are afraid to unlock the door"

The first time I read "dead bugs on the side window" it didn't make sense to me. Well that never happened to my window.
The next day the meaning was clear as a dirty windshield..... or a dirty bumper
