Hi all. i'm new to the forum and i'm looking for a wiring diagram for a Monza/senator A,
the wiring under the dash and steering column is a mess resembling a more a plate of spaghetti than a wiring loom, the gremlins from under the dash n now seem to have spread to the ignition and injection systems following my re-plumbing of the fuel rail, the car was starting and driving reasonably well before the work on the injection system, but afterwards it wouldn't start, it looks like no power to the fuel pump and now the coil appears to have failed, if i can get my hands on a on a wiring diagram i hope to be able to get my wiring to behave less like Lucas and more like Bosch. thanks.

+1 on those links. My '84 Senator 3.0 CD drove me crazy with an electrical problem. The only way I could keep it running was to disconnect the wire that runs from the start switch to the starter. It ended up being a problem in the cruise control circuit that was back feeding enough current through the solenoid to drop the voltage and the motor died. Disconnected the cruise control and the problem went away.

There was also a wire pinched between the fuse box and the metal clip that holds the box in.

Gary I know your pain.
Had a 1999 "dodge this" cummins
That the TCC would lock then unlock for some reason.

Scoped the sucker and noticed noise on the circuit
Disconnected the alternator...the convertor stayed locked

Finally found the problem
one of the dual battery’s had a bad ground :yell:
