Hi everybody, I'm italian and i'm happy to be part of your great family.
Well, I read about the possibility of change the solex with the weber carburetor in my 1969 GT.

Can you tell me what are the advantages?
How much is the Power Increase?
And the difference of mileage?

Thanks and Regards from the sunny Italy.

PS Sorry for my english.

MPG, HP and such depends on how you tune the carb itself when you get it on your motor and what changes you have made to your motor. But, the biggest advantage a weber has over solex is that more replacement parts/upgrade parts are available for it, as well as the ability to effect these changes on the carb.
