#2 is not a clutch arm, it's a sheet metal body piece, something along the lines like a shield.
#4 looks to be a water pump pulley shim/spacer

Thanks, I'm thinking that big piece was from a Manta or something. This is another thing that was in a box and I have no idea what it is. It looks like a toy of some kind. The ends are like rubber suction cups

That is a heavy duty bolt for a kids crossbow. Similar to the rubber suction tipped arrows made for kids bows.

Just kidding. That is a tool to lap valves in place. Yeah, really.

That was funny, I thought you were serious for a minute! I have seated valves before but it never clicked as to what it was.

#3 look like lock tabs for something like u/j nuts on a propshaft.

#2 is not off a Manta B, don't know about a Manta A.

Number Two - could that be a cross-brace where a clutch cable seats, several inches before the cable itself attaches to the throw-out arm for the clutch?
