So I have my eye set on a totally different engine.
After deciding on what HP I wanted and cost to build that.
Getting the parts and all that added in?
I came across a different option and maybe no one has went this way?
It's an in-line 5 cylinder!

That is a version of the GM Atlas series. If you talk to Opelspyder I,m sure he can put some light on that conversion.

My front ESM wheels are here. Gonna do a test fit then order the tires.
One thing I want to do is color some areas on the wheels.
I'll use a permanent vinyl cut on a circut.

So I did some more 3D stuff to look at some ideas.
Not perfect but is getting my ideas in line for possible follow up work.

Looking at buying a Grand Am GT for parts I want for a 3.4 V6 build.
Yeah. It's FWD I know. But I want the top of the engine from the heads up and the computer stuff.
Then anything else that I may find I want.
The rest would be traded off for a RWD 3.4 engine.
After a piston swap to get compression back down should be a nice package.

So the place selling the Grand Am GT called me.
They want $1995
I offered $1500 and would pay cash tomorrow.
Now that sounds like a lot just to rip it up but when you look at the big picture?
It's a steal!
Try buying the parts alone!

Say I get the Grand Am. I get anything I want off of it.
The rest will probably save me money when I trade or sell what is left.

67% is the target. You could have gotten it for $1250
