Luigi Colani's erotic, streamlined, and organic designs were scandalous when introduced in the 1970s, but time has changed our views, and what's possible.
Looks good for a straight line, Its a hard ask to make aerodynamics work as well when leaning 45 deg.
My concern would be leaned over with front wheel turned even a bit to follow a bent the top side will be longer than the under side and that is a wing, taking weight just when more would help grip. Maybe there is some clever feature that stops this in his design.
